Achieving your goals is hard enough. Don't let a lack of Self-Awareness slow down your progress. When you are unwilling to see yourself as you are - shortcomings and all - you set yourself up to fall victim to those exact shortcomings. Self-Care 101
How much downtime do you need to ensure you're refreshed and ready to go when it's time to GO? Do you need 2 pedicures a month or 3? How many hours in your schedule do you need to dedicate to yourself? Finding the answers to these questions is a great way to practice "self-awareness."
Finances 101
Spending money is fun...but it's SO MUCH MORE fun when you spend wisely. Being aware of your spending/saving habits as well as the ideas that you've learned over the years about money will help you provide an ENTIRELY new level of financial security & freedom for yourself.
Emotional Intelligence 101
You don't need to "control" your emotions in order to feel like you are being aware of them. Most times, it's just about "feeling" them and learning from them. It takes courage to feel your feelings because not all of them actually "feel" good. This month, try your best to simply acknowledge what you are feeling. That is a good place to start.
Accountability 101
When you become aware of your own bullshit AND make meaningful change as a result, you are practicing accountability. Make this a normal thing and watch how your life changes for the better.

We feature content that helps Women 'Feel Content.' Since contentment is necessary to "Feel Cute," we want to focus on increasing contentment with self first.  Because you will never 'feel cute' about your if you never 'feel content' about you AND the things that make YOU, YOU!
Why We Do it
Our parent company Cutie Booty Media, INC.'s mission is to help Women 'Feel Cute'.  When a Woman 'Feels Content' with herself we're talking HER ENTIRE SELF. Her Realness.  Her Rawness. Her Rareness. The 3 qualities that are apart of the Cutie Booty Media, INC. philosophy.  The Cutie Booty Magazine focuses on 'Feeling Content' with all 3 of those characteristics no matter how much work needs to be done on them.  It's the working on yourself that allows you to 'feel content' because you KNOW you are putting in the work.  We're here to help those Women who are willing to 'put in the work' to 'feel content.'   What does contentment with self look like?  Well, every Cutie must define that for herself.  We just provide the research equipment.
HOW WE DO IT
Our content encourages Women to develop their emotional IQ, self-awareness, & social awareness. That sounds boring to outsiders but we use a mix of media to stimulate these parts of a Woman in order to Increase her awareness in these areas.  An increase in awareness of how you feel, how that affects how you show up and how that influences what you do when you show up?  If a Woman can find balance in those areas in a a way that is meaningful to her then we did our job.
