We train Women's decision making skills in order to develop emotional resilience. It takes a good deal of emotional resilience to make and stick with decisions that prioritize your HEALTHIEST needs OVER the fleeting needs of others; especially if you were raised in a dynamic where this mindset was normalized. This is why we help Women develop the resilience necessary to make the best choices for themselves especially when they go against the grain of popular trends or familial traditions.
