Returns & Exchanges
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are allowing a restricted 30-day Free Shipping period for approved exchanges only. The minimum qualifications for all exchanges include but are not limited to:
How to Start my Exchange:
Complete the "Return & Exchanges" form below if you have an item that meets the minimum qualifications. (Your 30-day Free Shipping period will begin upon approval.)
Once approved, we will email you your shipping label
Once you receive your label, be sure to ship your item back to the Boutique within the 30-day period. Please be aware that all exchanges must be shipped to the Boutique within the 30-day period or you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
In order to minimize the transmission of Covid-19, we are limiting exchanges to 5 items per request. Please allow 72 hours to process your request and ship out your exchange.

Item shows no signs of damage
Item shows no sign of wear & tear
Item appears in the same condition it was in at the time of unpackaging

Once your form is submitted, we will email you a shipping label. Please be aware that all returns must be shipped to the Boutique within the 15-day period or you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
If we received your item and there is evidence of damage, wear, or tear, you will be charged the full price of the item as well as all shipping costs & fees associated with the return process. If your item meets the minimum qualifications for all returns, we approve your return, notify you, and process your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to process.
To expedite your refund, please be sure that items are in the same condition they arrived when you unpackaged them.
