Returns & Exchanges
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are postponing our 14-Day Free Shipping perk until we understand more about how the virus is spread as well as how much of a risk this may pose to our staff and customers.
At this time, we do have a Cutie Sanitation Package available that would allow you to return or exchange your items for a $5 fee per request. This fee will cover the cost of cleaning, sanitizing, and safely restocking all item(s) included in your request. It will also ensure that everyone in our Cutie Clientele can be sure they are shopping and purchasing items that have been professionally sterilized and restocked with care.
How to Start my Return/Exchange (With Sanitation Option):
Complete the "Return & Exchanges" form below if you have an item that meets the minimum qualifications. Minimum qualifications include (but are not limited to): wrong size, wrong color.
Once approved, we will email you your shipping label
Once you receive your label, be sure to ship your item back to the Boutique within 7 days. You ONLY have 7 days to ship your Return/Exchange. Please be aware that all exchanges must be shipped to the Boutique within the given 7-day period or you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange including return shipping costs.
Purchase the Sanitation Package. We will not be able to process your exchange without the purchase of our Sanitation Package. If you do not purchase this package within 7 days of turning in your Return/Exchange request, your request will be cancelled and your items will be returned to you and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. If you are experiencing difficulty with any part of the Return/Exchange process, please contact us via our customer service line or by email: as soon as possible.
Please allow 48 hours to process your Return/Exchange request.
