A: You have 7 days to return a product for a full refund.

A: Unfortunately, exchanges are not available at this time.
Q: What happens if I don't return the product within 7 days?
A: If you do not return your item for exchange or refund within 7 days then we will consider your sale as final.
Q: How do I start my refund/exchange?
A: Just contact us via email at email@example.com, tell us why you want to refund and we'll get the process started.
Q: Can I wear my items and then return them?
A: If there are signs of use on any of the products you've purchased with us then that is FABULOUS news, Cutie! That means that you REALLY like what you got from the Boutique! Hooray!! That makes us happy! However, we cannot accept the return of nor process a refund for items that show any signs of use. Just keep it in your closet for another day, Cutie!
Q: How will I receive my refund?
A: Upon successful return and acceptance of a product, you will receive your refund electronically. Please allow from 7 to 10 business days for your payment to be deposited into your bank.
Q: Who pays for shipping to return/exchange the product?
A: If you successfully return your product within the 7 day window and you purchased your item within the U.S., we will pay the shipping for your return or exchange. At this time, all International purchases must pay all shipping fees associated with all returns and exchanges.
