Whether it's the food you eat, the places you visit or the people you meet along the way, it is very, Very, VERY important to be aware of the people, places, and things that trigger you. Doing so can give you a sense of control on how you show up in the world. This list isn't exhaustive, but it's one helluva start on the path to Emotional Intelligence.
