Unfortunately for our fragile human ego, mistakes are a very necessary ingredient to success. It still sucks though. So here is a way to help you get over your mistakes in a healthy, productive way:


  1. Take 10 - 60 minutes to be upset about it

  2. Do what you can to fix it

  3. Take a deep breath (or a couple dozen)

  4. Forgive yourself and move on

  5. Repeat as needed
