Feeling the need to be busy all the time is a trauma response and fear-based distraction from what you'd be forced to acknowledge and feel if you slowed down.


Feeling the impulse to agree to things PURELY to keep the peace is a trauma response. Acting on that consistently and at the expense of your own well-being becomes a way you violate your own boundaries.
