Instead of saying "I'm damaged" or "I'm broken" or "I have trust issues," say "I'm healing."
Or you could say "I'm rediscovering myself," or "I'm starting over."
Whether you realize it or not, your body hears EVERYTHING that your mind thinks.
Make sure you speak to and think positively about yourself because we become what we think about.
If you want to become something positive then you'd better start thinking more positive thoughts.
