SAVE YOUR ANGER FOR THE IMPORTANT STUFF

Ain't nothing wrong with being angry. Anger is a natural emotion that came standard with your brain and body when you shimmied out ya Mama's happy hole. There is nothing wrong with you because you get angry...and don't let nobody tell you different. We live in a world where certain people can get angry and EVERYBODY can relate; but as soon as other people get a little bit angry they're vilified for the same behavior. This B.S. idea has a lot of us feeling like something is wrong with us for feeling this VERY NATURAL emotion and that's boo boo. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-BOO!

Anger is a natural emotion and EVERYBODY feels it on occasion.

Problems, however, begin when you let yourself get angry about EVERYTHING, ALL THE TIME. That sh*t IS NOT HEALTHY for you...or the people around you...especially the ones you truly love.


Now what do I mean when I say "let yourself." I mean taking EVERYTHING as a personal attack. Everybody ain't against you. They are, however for themselves. When people do things, a lot of times it has more to do with them trying to fulfill a need than it is them trying to hurt you. Unfortunately we live in a world where people are WILLING to hurt other people to get what they want. So, not only do you need to learn how to identify these types of people ASAP so that you can protect yourself from their storms, but you ALSO need to learn how to not take their behavior as a personal attack. Humans are complicated creatures and we do f*cked up sh*t to each other just to get what we want. The more you understand this...the more you'll remember this...and the more you remember this, the more you'll protect yourself and your emotions from being manipulated by it.

When other people can't manipulate you emotionally, you'll have WAY more power over your response to their unpredictable behavior.



In short, if you use your anger for EVERY LITTLE THING that people do, YOU ARE GOING TO WEAR YOURSELF OUT! Why would you do that? Don't you got sh*t to do? I'm sure you do. Save your anger, energy, and time for the REAL stuff like...


...sh*t I don't know.


What's worthy to you? Things that are truly worthy of the energy that's required for you to get angry should really be the only things you use your anger and energy on! I can't tell you what that is. You define what's worthy of your energy.



What I CAN tell you is that not EVERYTHING that happens out here is worth you getting upset about. It takes energy to get angry. Think not? Take a minute to go back to a time when you were SUPER HOT! How did you feel after your anger went away? If you felt tired, remember that feeling. Because that is your body telling you that it is low on energy because of all the anger you spent on whatever tf it was you were angry about. All I know is that if that thing you got mad about wasn't really all that important, why would you use so much energy on getting mad about it?


Save that sh*t for the things that really matter and walk smooth away from everything else.
