Do not believe the things you tell yourself when you are feeling sad and all alone because there's a good chance that those thoughts are already rooted in sadness and loneliness. Those thoughts are biased.
If you must, however, listen to those thoughts, listen with the intent to seek to change your mood for the better. One that doesn't leave you feeling sad and lonely.
Find out if there is something that is making you sad. Did something just happen? Try to pinpoint the last moment you were happy. What was it that made you sad? If you're intelligent enough to approach your feelings in this way then by all means do so. Just don't do ANYTHING that's going to lead to you unpacking all your shit and living in perpetual sadness and loneliness. Ghost that shit, Sis.
