FEBRUARY
"SELF-AWARNESS"
Achieving your goals is hard enough. Don't let a lack of Self-Awareness slow down your progress. When you are unwilling to see yourself as you are - shortcomings and all - you set yourself up to fall victim to those exact shortcomings. Develop your ability to be real with yourself and get TF out of your own way, Cutie!
*Our four areas of focus this month will be in these areas of development:
-
Week 1 - Self-Care 101
-
Week 2 - Finances 101
-
Week 3 - Emotional IQ
-
Week 4 - Accountability 101
Self-Care 101
How much downtime do you need to ensure you're refreshed and ready to go when it's time to GO? Do you need 2 pedicures a month or 3? How many hours in your schedule do you need to dedicate to yourself? Finding the answers to these questions is a great way to practice "self-awareness."
Finances 101
Spending money is fun...but it's SO MUCH MORE fun when you spend wisely. Being aware of your spending/saving habits as well as the ideas that you've learned over the years about money will help you provide an ENTIRELY new level of financial security & freedom for yourself.
Emotional Intelligence 101
You don't need to "control" your emotions in order to feel like you are being aware of them. Most times, it's just about "feeling" them and learning from them. It takes courage to feel your feelings because not all of them actually "feel" good. This month, try your best to simply acknowledge what you are feeling. That is a good place to start.
Accountability 101
When you become aware of your own bullshit AND make meaningful change as a result, you are practicing accountability. Make this a normal thing and watch how your life changes for the better.

why we train?
To feel cute™. It feels cute™ to not handle life's curveballs with grace and control. Doing so makes you feel cute™ hands down. That's why we train. When we say feel cute™ we mean it. We want you to feel cute™ in real life, but know this...you will train. Oh, Cutie. You are going to train.
WHAT WE TRAIN?
Here at Cutie Booty Media, we train you in emotional resilience. It takes resilience to be self-aware. It takes resilience to practice emotional intelligence and sit with uncomfortable feelings. And it takes resilience to be socially aware...it's emotionally challenging to be real about the world around you. That is what we train.
how we train?
We feel cute™ by becoming emotional gangstas. That sounds kinda silly at first until you best your first emotional showdown. What's an emotional showdown? Keep reading...
REAL
Step ONE:
Training in Self-Awareness
"what am I feeling?"
Be REAL with yourself about HOW you feel. Because that's information. Step One requires you take note of this information. Are you angry? Are you sad? Are you scared? Whatever you FEEL, that is information. Be aware of that information as you will need it in Step Two.
Training in Emotional Intelligence
RAW
Step TWO:
"WHY DO I FEEL LIKE THIS?!?"
Be RAW with yourself about WHY you feel the way you feel. Because WHY do you feel the way you do? There's no wrong answer. This is a conversation with yourself. Figure out why you feel the way you feel and then take that information to Step Three.
RARE
Step THREE:
Training in Social-Awareness
"WHAT DO I DO ABOUT FEELING LIKE THIS?!?"
Be RARE about how you respond to how you feel. Not everybody responds to their emotions the same way you do and this is where things actually get fun. Instead of emotionally crashing out, you're choosing a more INTENTIONAL path where you call the shots on how you respond to things sent to destroy your peace AND and the things that brings you joy. YES! You ALSO have to learn how to manage your Joy!! You cannot go running off at the mouth about the things that bring you joy in or to the wrong company.
