The Feel Cute™ Method

Warren G and Nate Dogg have a song called 'Regulate,' in which the main character of the song has to 'regulate' the behavior of a group of people who were mistreating their friend. If you know the song, you know that to 'regulate' something is to put a stop to any unsavory thoughts, behavior, or intentions before things get out of hand. That inspired us here at Cutie Booty Media. We want Women to 'regulate' their emotions but not in a violent way like described in the song. Still, we call it 'Emotional Gangsta' training because we believe emotional regulation, resilience, and validation is Gangsta. Full stop. This is why we created this series. Think Cute. Act Cute. Be Cute. Gangstas need love too...but if you lack emotional intelligence, how will you even know it's love when it arrives? Exactly. Now, let's get into some Gangsta shit, shall we?

"Awareness" is the basis of "Being." Keeping it real with yourself starts with 'awareness.' When you 'keep it real' you acknowledge that you are 'feeling' something even if you can't define it yet. Once you become 'aware' of your FEELINGS in the moment, then you can NAME those feelings.

Emotional Resilience

AND THIS WILL REQUIRE YOU TO...

"THINK!"

"Being" is the basis of "Thought." Keeping it raw with yourself starts with being 'honest' about what you're thinking and feeling. You've identified that you 'feel something.' Now, 'keep it raw' and communicate your honest thoughts about those feelings. Ask yourself: "What emotion would I use to describe this feeling?" Think about what your raw emotions are telling you about you.

KEEP IT RARE

MEANS:

"AUTHENTICITY"

WHICH MIGHT SOUND LIKE...

"What am I going to do about this feeling?"

AND THIS IS CALLED...

Emotional Regulation

AND THIS WILL REQUIRE YOU TO...

"ACT!"

"Thought" is the basis of "Action." Keeping it rare with yourself starts with 'authentic' 'action.' You're aware of your feelings, and you can name them, too. Now, you can 'keep it rare' with yourself by taking decisive action that authentically serves you, Cutie! CONGRATS! You regulated your emotion! Now you know how to feel cuteâ„¢!

Self-Awareness is Gangsta. Where most people run from themselves, you choose to face yourself and be real. That's Gangsta. That's why we train Cuties in Self-Awareness. You cannot be emotionally intelligent without self-awareness. Emotional IQ is defined as having the ability to identify emotions in yourself as well as others. So the first step is training Cuties in improving their awareness of self. Finding out what's wrong with you in the first place is validating and is the beginning of what it feels like to feel cuteâ„¢.

This is why we train in social-awareness. If social media has taught our researchers ANYTHING it's that people don't truly understand how their behavior online is connected to the level of personal achievement offline. This is just one example of how a lack of social awareness can negatively affect not only one's life but more importantly one's ability to FUND their life!
