Now, 'keep it raw' and communicate your honest thoughts about those feelings. Ask yourself: "What emotion would I use to describe this feeling?" Think about what your raw emotions are telling you about you.

"Thought" is the basis of "Action." Keeping it rare with yourself starts with 'authentic' 'action.' You're aware of your feelings, and you can name them, too.
